What We Teach

Eighteen courses across six capability domains: UAS platform integration, electronic warfare and RF literacy, AI and edge autonomy, field fabrication and sustainment, and operator security and force protection.

Every course is built around hands-on proficiency. Students build the hardware they will operate, configure the software they will use, and leave with a working capability. There are no slide decks without a practical component.

Where We Are

Carthage, NC. Sandhills region, 35 miles from Fort Bragg. Facility-based training runs out of our North Carolina location. Instructors also deploy on mobile training team assignments to deliver courses at customer facilities.

The team is small. Every instructor here carries their curriculum, delivers it, and helps improve it. There is no bloated training bureaucracy.

Instructor Backgrounds We Look For

Our instructors bring real operational backgrounds to every course. The domains we recruit from:

Special Operations

SOF operators with UAS employment experience. Tactical integration, PACE planning, field sustainment, and the actual doctrine behind how platforms are used at the pointy end. FFF-401, FFF-411, and FFF-402 instructors.

Electronic Warfare

EW and signals professionals who understand the RF environment from the adversary side. Spectrum, jamming, direction finding, SIGINT. FFR-201, FFR-301, and FFR-101 instructors.

Cyber Command & Digital Security

CYBERCOM veterans, cleared security professionals, and digital tradecraft specialists. FFP-201 and the Force Protection track. Specific experience with device hardening, TSCM, and communications security required.

AI & Autonomy

Engineers and operators who can bridge the gap between ML research and tactical deployment. Edge compute, Jetson hardware, ArduPilot integration, real-time inference pipelines. FFA-401 and FFA-201 instructors.

Field Fabrication & Sustainment

Technicians with hands-on electronics repair, additive manufacturing, and platform sustainment backgrounds. Can teach diagnosis and repair at the field level without a maintenance facility. FFF-201 and FFF-301 instructors.

Training Operations & Curriculum

Coordinators, curriculum developers, and training managers who can handle scheduling, proposal development, after-action reporting, and the logistics that make high-tempo instruction sustainable.
